Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping location
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery times
Delivery speed depends on the carrier selected at checkout, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lavi + Lan is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personal-care items, we accept returns only under the conditions below to protect product safety and quality.
Eligible for return or replacement
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:
• Your item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
• You received the wrong product
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
For approved cases above, Lavi + Lan covers return shipping costs.
Unused & unopened items
Unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Opened or used products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
This policy helps ensure every customer receives products that are fresh, safe, and handled with care.
Incorrect address or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
