For approved cases listed above, Lavi + Lan will cover any necessary replacement or shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Opened or Used Products

Final Sale Items

Items purchased from the Discover Collection and Last Chance Collection are final sale.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.
